  Fantastic place for summer leave

  Liked: The location is perfect just two steps to the beach. Free parking and a lot of small details that make your stay very comfortable. The breakfast is very good

  Liked: Lovely little Hotel right next to the beach …unfortunately very bad service especially the restaurant service is a disaster while the food disappoints!

  A lovely stay overall, with an excellent location, good breakfast, and easy beach access

  Liked: The location was excellent, right in front of the beach and within easy walking distance of the train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and I appreciated the L'Occitane toiletries provided. The breakfast was also good with a nice selection of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and offered great value thanks to its location, cleanliness, and amenities.

  Disliked: Overall, I had a good stay, but there were a few minor points that could be improved. The hotel operates with self-service check-in and check-out, which was quick and convenient, but it felt a little unusual not having anyone at reception to speak with when needed. One evening, I returned late and had some difficulty finding the correct entrance. After entering through a side gate with my key card, a staff member initially seemed concerned because they did not realize I was a guest. The situation was resolved quickly, and they were helpful, but having reception staff available would have made the process smoother. The room was clean and comfortable for one person, but it felt a bit small and may be tight for two guests. I would recommend choosing a larger room if traveling as a pair.

  Lovely hotel with excellent food and very friendly staff

  Liked: It was right by the beach. It was a well thought out our hotel. The pool looked amazing. The room was well set out though our room was small. Liked the shower. The staff were excellent. The food was amazing.

  Disliked: Our room was small but we would book a larger one next time. The reception wasn’t always in use but staff were multi tasking quite well.

  Liked: Terrible experience for a so-called 4-star superior hotel. After 1:30 am there is nobody at the reception, which is absolutely unacceptable when you charge €265 per night. If a guest loses the room key at that time, there is literally no way to get back into the room and you're left outside with no help — imagine being stuck in the middle of the night with nowhere to sleep. The situation was even worse when checking out, as there was no one at reception then either, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. Throughout our entire stay, the WiFi never worked properly, making it impossible to work or even check basic information online. For the price and the category, this level of service is shocking and far below what anyone would expect. A hotel charging premium rates should at minimum provide 24/7 reception service and functioning basic amenities like WiFi.
