Fabulous
Good stay and facilities
Liked: Very central for visiting San Sebastien and Vitoria, spacious room and hotel.
Disliked: No heating on or towel rails, room and bathroom was cold. Unable to dry towels of wet clothes.
Liked: Convenient position. Comfortable
Disliked: Late start to supper.
Parador enlightenment!
Liked: Excellent location, lovely friendly staff, Fabolous building, comfortable spacious room. Good restaurant and cafe bar.
Disliked: Electric socket by desk broken, pulled straight out of wall, dangerous. Obligatory light by door in room, illuminates room all night and hummed loudly.
Liked: Lovely quiet position and beautiful historical building. Pleasant ambience too.
Disliked: Everything good.

Liked: Everything. It was perfect.
Standard Parador but no real views
Liked: It's clean and comfortable and the receptionist changed our room for a better available one when we complained about how sad the accessible seemed. While it opened into a private terrace, it was a small metal table and two chairs in a tiny bit of tile next to a wall of leaves and sad grass that was dark and not likely to get used at all. She kindly gave us one with a garden view
Disliked: I thought we'd have great views from somewhere in the property. There aren't. You get a lawn in front of the bar area and that's it. To the side the view is blocked by houses and trees. The landscape shown on the website is not seen from there, it truly is "the surroundings". I had high hopes but at least the room was fine and breakfast good. Parking included, too.
