Exceptional
Liked: Everything was perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and the facilities which included a heated towel rail in the bathroom and a little terrace providing a sun trap to dry clothes. Chocolates, fruit, and lovely towels. The pillows were the best ones of my trip and the bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: Only the shower. It was set in the wall with no attachment to clean your feet and other lower parts. The power wasn’t very strong. Also the tap was push button. Much like the ones in a public swimming pool. Very good for water conservation but not as bougie as the rest of the room. But still enjoyed the stay.
Liked: The private room I booked was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was a good size. They also provided two spare blankets which were necessary in late October! Once those were on the bed I was nice and warm and slept very well. The laundry facilities were good, and it was in a good location in Arzua
Liked: Right on the camino. Close to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, but still quiet. The staff wasn't overly friendly but very courteous and helpful. The room was very functional, clean, and roomy. They also had washer and dryer that were very affordable.
Disliked: Nothing.
Clean and comfortable
Liked: This location is great as it is right on the Camino. The gentleman at check in was very kind and had arranged for our baggage to be taken up to our room. The room was exceptionally clean and we were left fruit, chocolate and water. A nice touch. Our room also had a little terrace attached so it was lovely to be able to open the window. A number of restaurants just down the street and a very comfortable stay.
Disliked: The shower that kept going off every 20 seconds.
Simple but clean and comfortable!
Liked: Laundry facilities!! There was a very helpful gentleman who checked us in and showed us where everything was. Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The pension offers a dormitory-style room on the ground floor. There was a group of Koreans staying and they were very very noisy through the night. Super inconsiderate.
Liked: Our bags were dropped to and collected from our rooms. We had a little balcony and private bathroom.
Disliked: Coffee and tea facilities are very limited. All the rooms share a tiny kettle on top of a small fridge in a corner.
