  Looked like a fine hotel in its day, but showing a little wear and tear

  Liked: Though the lady that met us couldn’t speak English and we couldn’t speak Spanish, she was very friendly and we found ways to communicate. We wanted to walk into town in the morning and she allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby which was super appreciated

  Disliked: There was a nicely stocked kitchen but no dish soap. Also, the drying rack for the dishes wasn’t that clean. I moved the couch and the leg fell off so we didn’t use it. The toilet paper also was hanging over the toilet bowl brush

  Nice apartment, beautiful views

  Liked: Comfortable apartment with a beautiful view, walking distance to grocery store in town. On the via verde. Very nice owner.

  Disliked: Kitchen had bare minimum of cookware, a newer skillet and basic condiments such as salt and cooking oil would be very helpful. Skillet seemed dirty but may have just been old. Our big problem was that although the property was far from full we were given an apartment adjacent to a family with a young child and heard a lot of noise in our bedroom, making it hard to relax. We asked the owner for help and she immediately came to talk to them but that didn’t resolve the problem. If I returned I would request a room where the bedroom is not adjacent to an occupied apartment since sound apparently travels well in the building.
