  Great place in Barcelona!

  Liked: Quiet, clean apartment, close to Metro, spacious and had many things we needed!

  Disliked: Climbing stairs, but we knew that going in. Be prepared to haul your luggage five floors. Bed was a little hard for my wife, but ok for me.

  Liked: Very convenient location for us. Comfy bed & very good air conditioning

  Disliked: We knew in advance that the flat was on the fifth floor and that there was no lift… however the stairs were much steeper and narrower than anticipated… still manageable but I’m glad we were fit and healthy to climb them!

  Liked: A very nice place to stay in Barcelona. While the location is not strictly central, it is very close to the historical center and is well-communicated. The flat is fitted with all the basic appliances necessary to have a comfortable stay, inclusive of a washing machine that lives on a balcony.:) AC is fitted in the living room and in the bedroom. There is also an old school air fan, great for pushing the cooled air around the flat. The bed is super comfy, hard (if that is what you like. We did). The flat has a strange layout, it is very long and narrow, but it is comfortable for a stay of a few days, with plenty of storage in the bedroom (huge closet).

  Disliked: I'd suggest putting blinds on the terrace doors, so that one can block the sun during the day. The flat was predominantly clean, but there were some issues with the cleanliness of the cuttlery and pots, as well as the AC in the living room started spitting out strange black dirt, when turned on. We also used the old school air fan to push the cooler air around the flat (great idea to provide it, really!), and had to clean it before the first use, because it was packed with fan gunk due to nobody else using it. The bathroom is small, but could be made more comfortable by adding some storage options, like wall shelves or more hooks. Tiny shower, but I guess that is what could fit there. The flat is on the fifth floor, so take that into account if you have plenty of luggage or walking issues. Getting to the top floor on a hot day can be a challenge, as it is really hot there in summer.

  We would reccomend this place but take into considaration that is on the 5th floor and does not have an elevator

  Liked: The property was well located that had all the necessary comodities.

  Disliked: I would have liked more updated furniture and a bit more scrubbing in the shower. Other than this the place was really clean and the mattress was very confortable

  A Home in Barcelona where you can really feel at home

  Liked: The apartment in the uppermost (5.) floor is very quiet! The heating in the bedroom and living room was needed and worked well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and overall we felt really at home. The communication with the owner and all the hints we got from her were awesome.

  Disliked: Be aware that the building has a very narrow staircase and no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be challenging if you bring heavy luggage.
