Fabulous
My six years old son even painted the hotel when he got back to London
Liked: Friendly staff Azze, Fernando and all others provided an excellent service. Comfy bed, location and the room we were staying was specious and we had a big balcony too.
Lovely area close to University so felt safe. Good choice of cafes and restaurants
Liked: Bed was extremely comfortable. Well lit area so safe to walk at night. Room was spacious & clean. Very suitable location for families as quiet but also close to metro line.

Liked: Clean and friendly room.
Disliked: Badroom dor's handle was deteriorated, it was very difficult to close the door. A piece of the wall coverage, under the bed lamp just fell down. It was dangerous because all the vires came out of the wall.
Liked: Big room. Big and good bathroom. Big balcony. Decently clean. Very big bed.
Disliked: Old furniture. Old and noisy air conditioning. Stupidly soft pillows. Hard mattress.
Disliked: We were not happy with our stay at all. The rooms were not clean, and the elevator broke down several times. I complained to the reception and asked to speak with the manager, but they refused and said they could not call him because his duty had finished. This was very disappointing and unacceptable.
