Exceptional
We appreciated our stay overall and enjoyed Barcelona a lot as the hotel's location enabled us to explore places eas
Liked: Location and cleanliness.
Disliked: The aircon in our room was so loud I had to wear earplugs while sleeping. There was a locked connecting door that made us uneasy as there was no way we can secure/lock it from our side.
Overall
Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Staff support was not up to the mark

Disliked: Facilities not modern for a 4 star hotel, not very clean, wifi is slow and breakfast has limited variety
Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, and our room was clean and spacious. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a larger room than we had expected. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again.
Disliked: The room could use a little renovation.
Excellent- we would stay here again
Liked: Free Nespresso station in the lobby. Two sinks in our room.
