Fabulous
Brilliant week in Barcelona
Liked: Very clean and comfortable room. Made up every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Barcelona. Left luggage feature was very useful on our last day, particularly as we had a late flight.
Very nice
Liked: friendly staff! nice coffee corner. good location.
Disliked: a little bit noisy next to a busy street
Awesome experience
Liked: The location was very idea. The customer service was excellence. The lady at the reception desk: Francesca was awesome with her job. She was very polite, friendly, helpful and jovial.
Disliked: I really was satisfied with everything about the hotel except the street which was littered with trash as you walk along.
Good stay, ideal location staff never said good morning or acknowledged us in any way in the morning
Liked: Small room
Disliked: Tea coffee in room
Liked: Premium location, nice breakfast, great staff and cosy rooms.
Interesting alleyway to have a hotel – historic with some good restaurants, but off the beaten path. Boutique style hote
Liked: The receptionist was accommodating – we did not have euros in coins yet so she provided them for us to store our luggage until our room was ready.
Disliked: The lockers we stored our luggage in operated/opened with coins. Would have been better for us not to have to use coins, we had two large suitcases and two sizable carry-ons and needed three lockers. We needed to borrow six euros in coins from the front desk.
