  Super cool artsy apartment

  Liked: LOVED the apartment, decor, design, and art. There are cafes and groceries only steps away. The location in general was fantastic, but the street was really dark and dirty.

  Disliked: The street is dark, and when we arrived there were a lot of young men loitering in doorways. Area is fun when shops and cafes are open, but it’s desolate when everything is closed. It also reeks of sewage. Reception never seemed to be open, but the emergency number really did come in handy and he responded immediately, not much concern for our issues, but did offer some alternatives (WiFi didn’t work, elevator didn’t work). The WiFi sucked which was a major inconvenience since I was needing to work and my daughter had school classes on her laptop. It dropped us over and over and over regardless of which option you connected to which was so frustrating. The sink in the bathroom is so tiny with a shelf right over it making it really hard to use for anything other than washing your hands. The light outside the room with 2 beds seemed to be motion activated so it popped on all night. The shade was pretty worthless at keeping the light out. And then the constant laundry done early every morning next door was so loud in that room with the two twin beds. The elevator is crazy tiny, but works, unless someone else in the building leaves the door open. We had luggage that our group could not handle Moving down four flights so instead we had to go to each of the 8 floors to find who didn’t close it properly. Frustrating to say the least.

  Disliked: Noisy occupants, I contacted the WhatsApp number and raised this issue, the message was seen but host did not respond.

  Would definitely stay here again

  Liked: Reception staff really helpful by email and in person. Perfectly positioned apartment for us and only 5 mins to nearest metro. Clean and beautifully presented. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby and a mini supermarket next door.

  Disliked: Some noise from outside late one night but maybe to be expected given it was a weekend. Not from inside the building.

  Disappointing

  Liked: the key was a code, that could be used by the family. No hassling with keys or cards. there were 2 bottles of water in the fridge. The location was great - near to nice places to eat or have a drink, metro station was also close by.

  Disliked: The reception had limited opening hours. There was a very unpleasant smell in the apartment throughout our stay, a lot of noise from the other apartments, no renewal of the towels (we were there for 6 days), no automatic check of the toilet paper, we had to ask it each time.

Please note that reception is open from Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 19:00 and on Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00. Please note that reception remains closed on Sundays.

Please note that arrivals after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30, after 22:00, EUR 50 and after 00:00, EUR 70. Arrivals on Sundays or public holidays, are subject to a surcharge of EUR 25 during the day and after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30, after 22:00, EUR 50 and after 00:00, EUR 70.

Upon arrival please provide your credit card information to preauthorize EUR 250 for incidentals. This amount will be released upon check out, subject to a damages inspection.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

A deposit may be required at the property.
