Fabulous
A team that thinks of everything
Liked: Not a single complaint during my three-night stay. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone is attentive, proactive, friendly, and consistently professional. For my early-morning departure to the airport, they booked a taxi for me and prepared breakfast to go. They also went out of their way to accommodate my dietary requests. I really appreciated that. The buffet is fantastic. The hotel is spotless and impeccably maintained, and everything runs like clockwork. I’ll definitely be back.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
Good basic hotel
Liked: Pool towels when we arrived. Pool area great, views great. Location good for Gothic Quarter.
Disliked: I had to ask for coffee making facilities. No pool towels in the room the second day. Location no good for beach.
