Exceptional
Liked: Modern, clean, friendly staff
Great place - wrong time
Liked: Really great hotel, restaurant and staff. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Very small rooms. Great, centralized location.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were there during riots and looting. It was not great coming back from dinner. Streets felt crime-e. Large young male populace that is anxious.
Very pleasant experience in a world where that doesn’t come easy
Disliked: The attention and readiness of the staff to help and the quality of service was beyond my expectations.
Liked: Lovely boutique hotel with superb restaurant for both breakfast and dinner
Lovely hotel in many respects but we would not return due to lack of privacy in room
Liked: Property is beautifully renovated. However. The shower and water closets are separated from flimsy partitions from the rest of the room. The partitions are not sound proof. This means there’s no privacy between bedroom area and lavatory.

Overall a lovely stay, made special by the staff who delivered the highest level of hospitality
Liked: A stunning, beautifully decorated hotel, centrally located, with extremely attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of cooked options as well as a buffet. The pool area was immaculate with luxurious sun-beds and fluffy swimming towels provided. The whole team went above and beyond, and were both friendly and extremely professional.
Disliked: I wasn’t sure about the bathrooms which are basically just frosted glass partitions and didn’t offer much privacy. It would also have been nice to have a wider selection of complimentary hot drinks in the room. I felt two coffee pods, two herbal tea bags, and just 2 small milk servings was a bit mean given the price of the stay.
