Liked: Great location
Great location, great host
Liked: The location is fantastic, really not a better place in Barcelona. The host is super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. It does have air conditioning which is helpful for a Barcelona summer, though the pump can be noisy.
Disliked: The elevator doesn’t work, which is mentioned - not a big deal, the host is helpful and willing to help get any bags up and down the stairs.

Apartment built with love
Liked: Ana is a wonderful host. Despite our late arrival, she welcomed us personally, handed over the keys, and even took the time to show us the nearest shops, which was very helpful, especially since they’re open until 11 pm, even on Sundays. The apartment itself is excellent and very well equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen has all the appliances, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the pillows are genuinely high quality, which made a big difference for a good night’s sleep. The location is exceptional. The apartment is on a lively pedestrian street full of shops, restaurants, and bars, yet still feels comfortable and safe. La Rambla is literally a 10-minute walk away, and Plaça d’Espanya is also very close. Within a 15–20 minute walk, you can reach MNAC, the Magic Fountains, Montjuïc Castle, the Maritime Museum (highly recommended), the Aquarium, and several beautiful parks. Public transport is also easily accessible nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona.
Disliked: The apartment is on the 5th floor of an old building with narrow stairs. You should have this in mind (although Ana helped us with the bags).
Liked: Great staff. Clean apartment.
Disliked: No elevator. Building is not maintained. No windows from the living room. Windows in the bedrooms do not have a view - face into another building with clothes lines.
