  We had a great time

  Liked: Fantastic view. Probably the best in Barcelona. Great coffee and croissants at the coffee shop below. Short walk to Sagrada Família

  Liked: The apartment was well-maintained and offered ample space. All amenities specified during the booking process were provided, and the air conditioning units in each bedroom functioned great.. Its located close to the Sagrada Familia. The welcoming staff member demonstrated exceptional courtesy. Please be advised that the city tax is payable in cash

  We loved it!

  Liked: We loved our stay! The apartment is in a fantastic central location, just a short walk from the Sagrada Família and several bus stops and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city. Check-in was simple, the apartment was spotless, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during Barcelona's summer heat. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and despite being in an apartment building, we didn't experience any noise from neighboring apartments. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

  Liked: Well located, cozy and spacious. The staff was nice and friendly, and they were eager to help if any doubts arose. Also the view is unbelievable.

  Very goog apartment to stay in Barcelona with family

  Liked: Everything was good, the apartment maybe a little bit old, not high end renovation, but that's pretty standard for all Europe. For more luxury, you have to pay 5 times more. Everything worked for us, beds very confortable, for sure we will return there again. Very good communication with Junith, and very helpful!

  Disliked: The walls have pretty bad insulation. You can hear neighbors talking all night, but again, that's part of life in apartments all over the world. Another thing, there is specified, the renters should sweep the apartment before leaving. That's fair, but I don't think is correct, as you rely on how good the renters before you cleaned the floor. I think the floor in the apartment should be vacuumed and cleaned by cleaning people after every group of guests. But otherwise the apartment was very clean.

• Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday (please consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10:00 PM it will be 50€, and from 1:00 AM, it will be 100€.

• If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, or a weekend, the cost will be 30€ until 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM it will be 50€, and from 1:00 AM, it will be 100€.

• If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12, or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: 50€ until 10:00 PM, after 10:00 PM it will be 100€, and from 1:00 AM, 150€.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400€.

• Parties or gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint or the police, security, or neighbors get involved, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to any fines from the police).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
