  Liked: The accommodation was spotless clean and Angeles had welcomed us personally. Though far from the major city attractions the apartment was 10 minutes from a major railway hub, great for day trips.

  Disliked: The accommodation has no bidet.

  Liked: Location was conveniently located minutes from the Plaça de Sants metro station. Super friendly family run operation, with modern furnishings/appliances. The A/C in the unit we stayed in was newly replaced and worked great just in time for the heat wave. Great home base to explore Barcelona.

  Wonderful location from which to explore Barcelona

  Liked: The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. It is close to public transport, coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket.

  Liked: A cozy and charming studio on the 3rd floor (no elevator), fully equipped with everything you need. There’s access to a terrace facing the backyard (with rooftop views and sunlight from morning until noon), as well as a French balcony on the opposite side overlooking a small square with a café off to the side. Yes, a bit unusual: the sink and shower are located right in the room, but the toilet is behind a separate door. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, and other small essentials are all provided. A large, comfortable bed with a big warm duvet and good-quality pillows. There’s a clothes rack with a chest of drawers, a bedside shelf, a dining table with two chairs, and plenty of power outlets! Wi-Fi is available. On the terrace, there are two armchairs, a table, and a sun umbrella. There’s even a walking umbrella provided. Kitchen: a variety of plates, cutlery (including a corkscrew and pizza cutter), pots, pans, a sauté pan, glasses, wine glasses (no beer glasses), mugs for tea and coffee, oven mitts, cutting boards, and knives. Cleaning supplies: a dish sponge and cleaning cloth, dishwasher and washing machine detergents, plus a broom and dustpan on the terrace. Appliances: electric stove and oven, extractor hood, microwave, automatic gas water heater, air conditioning (works for both cooling and heating), washing machine, dishwasher, a small fridge (sufficient for two people for about 4 days) with a small freezer (including an ice tray), electric kettle, a moka pot coffee maker (a capsule machine would be more convenient), iron, and ironing board. A very welcoming host! She’ll show you the nearest shops and mark attractions and directions on a map. The location is very convenient: a metro station and bus stop are just a 3-minute walk away (you can buy tickets at a machine using cash or card), and the train station is about 10 minutes away. You can reach the airport either by metro or from the train station in about 40 minutes.

  Beautiful apartment in a lovely neighbourhood

  Liked: Josep is a top notch host, always making sure everything was ok and that my stay was comfortable. The building is in Sants, a lovely neighbourhood with absolutely everything one needs at a walking distance. Don't miss out on that one, it's a gem!
