  hotel need better service to bring back quest second time

  Disliked: Our arrival was delayed by heavy rain. Unfortunately, the welcome we received at reception was disappointing. The receptionist appeared indifferent, and their clothing seemed inappropriate for a professional hotel setting. There may have been a language barrier, but the interaction came across as rude and made us feel unwelcome. We also had an uncomfortable experience with a member of the serving staff. After a small amount of food was left on the counter, the staff member remarked, “Oh my God,” then stood close to our left side holding a cleaning cloth, seemingly waiting for us to drop something else. This made us feel watched and humiliated. We encourage hotel management to ensure that reception and serving staff are trained to communicate respectfully and make guests feel welcome. These interactions negatively affected our stay. Despite our disappointment, we wish the staff well and hope our feedback leads to improvements.
