  Liked: Great location and easy access to the Eixample area! Great diversity of restaurants nearby.

  Disliked: We were shocked to have to pay an unusually high amount (US) $145.79 upon arrival for the City's "tourism tax" presumably to fight and discourage tourism (this is not an ABnB is it). Seems excessive given that tourists spend a considerable amount of money in other parts of the City at restaurants, churches, and museums, etc.! Next time we will look at other properties that have enough business savvy to include the taxes up front. (do not bite the hand that feeds you!)

  Fantastic Apartment

  Liked: The area first time in Barcelona and it was the perfect place to stay felt very safe

  Disliked: The people in an apartment above us or very very close to us that were very noisy till 2 to 3 in the morning.Appreciate that this can happen in a city like Barcelona.

  Great quiet spot with good access to coffee/bakery, supermarket and metro

  Liked: Great little apartment two floors up on a very quiet street which is more a pedestrian street with local access than a through road. Very close to coffee and the metro station. Superb supermarket just around the corner between metro and apartment. Close to Sagrada Família but away from the main nightlife and better restaurants.

  Disliked: Apartment a little tired but acceptable.

  Liked: Excellent location for a short stay in the city. Walk to the end of the street and the Sagrada Família is within eyesight! Comfy enough for a family of 4 for a few nights:) thanks again

  Nice stay

  Liked: We stayed in the apartment for 7 days. The host was very helpful and kind. Clean and well-furnished apartment located on a peaceful, quiet street. The location is perfect—just five minutes from the Sagrada Família and close to the metro. The apartment is equipped with most essentials, making it a comfortable and convenient stay.

  Disliked: The bed in the bedroom is a bit squeaky. It would be helpful to have a knife sharpener available. There were noisy neighbours over the weekend during the night-time.

Work will be done on the exterior of the building's interior facade during the months of November, December, and January. Because of this, the interior facade will have scaffolding for repairs. This doesn't prevent the apartments from being used, but it's important for guests to know that there will be work on the inside of the building and on the interior windows.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
