Liked: I really liked everything... breakfast is not included.. but there is really good kitchenet in the room with all the utilities needed. I give it more 10/10. It is my favorite accommodation in Barcelona.

Liked: The location is just amazing, 20 min walking to the beach, but also within the Poblenou area (green, renovated, culturally rich) of Barcelona and very close to subway stations. The rooms are clean and tidy, the pool is amazing, and the staff - from reception to security and maintenance/cleaning, are all fantastic, always warm and helpful. There is also a gym that can compete with the neighbourhood gym, vending machine for drinks and coffee, and a cafe next door. Modern, well furbished, and great value for money.

Amazing, modern studio apt building w/ pool, terrace & great lounge & study areas
Liked: Really great, modern building with so many amenities! It wasn’t quite pool weather but I definitely would have utilized the pool if so. I stayed in 3 different rooms during a few stays of a few days each and I highly recommend! Nice and calm area with beautiful gardens out front! Near metro & bus lines, great fruiteria & groceries nearby as well as the cafe right downstairs. There are some good vending machines in the lobby too for snacks (even a pasta option hah), drinks and espresso. Staff is amazing - so friendly and helpful. Rates reasonable and helpful to book for students. Luggage storage was super helpful for me and it’s great they offer monthly storage for €45 of people need.
Disliked: I liked everything! Wish the terraces were open a little past 9pm. Also would be nice if luggage storage for just a few days cost less than the fee for the month but it was still very convenient and helpful for me!
