Poor quality apartment all round!! Should be half the price. Would NOT recommend!
Disliked: We booked a family room for two adults, two children. We were disappointed to find two very poor quality single beds pushed together and a very uncomfortable pull out sofa that was not made up on arrival. Our two boys did not sleep well at all with just a single sheet covering a rock hard leather cushion….. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything coming from all surrounding rooms, including when they go to the toilet! Horrendous when other guests are noisy and coming in at all hours of the night. Plumbing clearly needs to be fixed as we couldn’t run the shower for more than 1minute before it started to flood the bathroom and then the apartment!! We informed maintenance who tried to fixed but couldn’t. Also hot water lasts no more than 5minutes so you better shower quick if there’s four of you…..

Liked: central location, 15 mins walk to Plz de Catalunya, apart room - kitchenware + main necessities provided, a fantastic bakery just around the corner
Disliked: the room was for 4 people, with a 2+2 bed setting (1 double, 1 sofa bed), once pulled-out, very little space.
Great apartment!
Liked: Our experience was amazing! The location is perfect,everything is very close and you can walk everywhere. The neighborhood also is 10/10,clean and you have markets all around and bus stations. The apartment was very clean,the beds were comfortable and we had enough space for each one of us. In the kitchen you have everything that's necessary,you can cook and even wash the dishes in the dishwasher and clothes in the washing machine. The hosts were great,they were always there and very friendly with us and fully helpful with our questions. We left our luggage there on our last day and also our deposit was sent back to us on the last day. I fully recommend this apartment and would like to visit it again and be their guest!

The room was in an appalling condition and completely unfit for guests. The sink was broken, the floor was filthy, the sofas were stained and dirty, and the walls were cracked and covered in dirt. The entire place looked neglected, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. Staying here felt more like being locked in a prison cell than staying in a hotel. To make matters worse, the staff were unbelievably rude and aggressive. They shouted at me, spoke to me with complete disrespect, and ignored my requests. Not only did they fail to resolve the problems, but their behaviour made an already terrible experience even worse. Their attitude towards guests was absolutely disgraceful. I have rarely experienced such a shocking combination of filthy accommodation and appalling customer service. This property falls far below any acceptable standard. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and the behaviour of the staff was simply outrageous. Do not be fooled by the listing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against staying here. Save your money, your time, and your nerves. Absolutely unacceptable.
