  location great, also clean apartment but the facilities should have been much better

  Liked: I was expecting the location to collect the keys was closer to the actual apartment, we had to take an additional taxi to get there

  Disliked: The beds were really bad, and the appartement needed a few small fixes such as: one shower did not work properly, water did not flow away and the kitchen needs a few fixes (dishwasher, water tap)

  Great place over all

  Liked: The place was clean and in a great location.

  Disliked: The check in and key pickup was a little inconvenient. Having to take an additional taxi just because the key pickup was somewhere else was the only difference between a full 10 star review.

  Will Not Stay Here Again

  Liked: Location was close to the places we were going

  Disliked: We were a group of 10 total with 2 apartments from the same host. Unfortunately, only one guest at a time can have their phone registered for the key per apartment door. It was a bit of a process to transfer access to whoever wants to go out on their own. Our group had also come from a long flight and wanted to shower, but the hot water heater was out upon arrival and our whole group of 6 people in this apartment had no hot water at all and had to take freezing cold showers for two nights. When we informed the host, they told us the water heater was beyond repair so if we can just go downstairs to the other apartment that we had our other group in and share the showers with them. Also, there was a storm the second day and water leaked into the living room where some of the guests were sleeping and their belonging got wet and the host just apologized for the inconvenience. We were trying to be understanding but it’s hard when the basic necessities for what you’d expect from a rental are not provided.

  Could be better

  Liked: The location was perfect for us. the kitchen was well-equipped.

  Disliked: Overall, the stay was fine, but the hosts definitely could have put in more effort—especially regarding cleanliness. It felt as though the sofas, lamps, and beds hadn't been moved for a proper clean in a long time, the beds were not comfortable, and the lighting in the room was extremely dim. In the shower, the water pressure was poor and did not flow we time.
