  Great location and convenient hotel

  Liked: Bed was great and there was also staff around to help out

  Disliked: Boiler broke and we were a day without hot water, just an apology no reimbursement or backup boiler. Given how expensive it was it's a bit ridiculous tbh.

  Liked: The location is wonderful. The Rita restaurant next door is wonderful. The breakfast is ok!

  Disliked: The Hotel is very old. There are many stairs. The bathtub is very high. No grab bar for older people.

  Overall, for the price I paid, it wasn’t worth it and was far below my expectations

  Liked: The hotel is located in an area with easy accessibility.

  Disliked: Regarding the room, there was no hot water on the first day, and it had a disgusting smell due to the use of strong cleaning products, which made it difficult to stay inside without keeping the window open. As for breakfast, you shouldn’t expect high quality: the cakes seemed store‑bought, the coffee was poor, and overall the options were disappointing.

Good to know

Our reception hours are from 08:00 to midnight, and check-in is from 13:00 onwards.

If you arrive before 13:00, we can store your luggage until your room is available.

If you are arriving after the reception has closed, check-in will be done online. To do this, you will need:

If you arrive outside of reception hours, we will send the digital keys to you via the booking.com chat or email.
