  Great Location and Comfy, but Needs Maintenance & Better Privacy

  Liked: Our group of 4 liked the location—it’s a highly walkable area surrounded by tons of restaurants. The beds were comfy, the bedding was great, and the apartment had a nice eco-friendly vibe.

  Disliked: However, a few issues held it back: * Privacy & Security: The balcony bathroom was very exposed with NO privacy, and one balcony door to the terrace had no lock. Additionally, the windows between the rooms needed curtains or blinds to block light from shining in from other rooms. * Amenities: The fridge was super loud, there was no controllable A/C, and the fans desperately need speed controls. * Check-in: The electronic lock ran out of battery, and needed replacement (which we did) Spacious and well-located, but the host seriously needs to fix the privacy, light-bleed, and balcony lock issues.

  Great location

  Liked: The location was perfect. Walking distance to major tourist attractions, supermarket right next door. Plenty of restaurants and a great area to walk.

  Disliked: Apartment needs to supply potholders and curtains or blinds should be added to the one bathroom.

  Comfortable apartment to enjoy your vacation

  Liked: Communication is clear and responsive. About 5-6 minutes walk to a metro station and ride one or two stops you are in the city center. Neighborhood is carefree and convenient. There are supermarket and cafe (open for breakfast) right next to the apartment. Amenities in the apartment is modern and comfortable.

  Disliked: For some reason, the hosts don't have time to fix small defects in one of the shower room: water pressure is low, shower head can not be fixed properly. In the building, there is an elevator that is under construction. Before its completion, elderly and travelers with large baggages will have difficulties climbing up to the fifth floor.

  Liked: Absolutely functional apartment, satisfying all traveller’s needs. We were there like family of 6, spacious apartment, very clean, kitchen perfectly equipped, 2 bathroom were great benefit. And location is absolutely charming, to experience the local life of Catalans. Highly recommended, and if I go again to Barca, I will choose this place, for sure! Thank you 🙏❤️

  Fine - but the owner has to attend to a number of things

  Liked: Location excellent

  Disliked: While we like the style and practicle appartment - A bad surprise. Both my wife and I are in mid 70's having non-working lift for the 4th floor - with bags and all was not at all easy. After a day in Barcelona - not easy at all. The owner should have had the courtacy to inform us and provided alternatives. We found this rather difficult. Three things for the owner - cannot control temperature of AC - it was not corrected. It will save a lot of money in electricity. The fans are a good way to keep cool - again one cannot control - so unusable. Also - the double beds - the mattresses are too soft - needs changing - this was reported already. Finally - we found that the kitchen water tap un screwed- needs repair. The left upper cuboard door - we found the hing unscrewed.
