Exceptional
It was overall good and the owner was very supportive and helpful
Liked: The location was good and the property was comfortable.
Disliked: The absence of elevator made it difficult to lift the luggage to the property. The bedrooms were equipped with just one AC and it was difficult to cool the area well.
Liked: Whole equipment is super nice.
Disliked: The noisy from the street.
Liked: The location is the best you can have in the city, the metro stop is just a minute away and you have access in five minutes walk to the Barcelona sants train station. Carlos the owner is great and he is available in anything you need
Disliked: It could be cleaner!!!
Great place to stay in Barcelona
Liked: Very good location in an area full of cafes, restaurants, and all sorts of local businesses, also a few steps from the subway and a 10-minute walk to the Sants train station, making it very easy to reach the city center, Sagrada Familia, Montjuic and other city landmarks. The apartment is comfortable, very well-equipped and can easily accommodate up to 4 people comfortably.
Disliked: App for checking in is not the best. It is mandatory to add all family, Inc small kids. It is not autofilled, so just takes a lot of time. But working, si you get the keys. All other is fine
Liked: location, ease of entry, welcoming host, clean towels and toilet
Disliked: kitchenware (unusable pans, no spatulas etc), dirty chairs, half operating balcony doors, noise
