  Clean apartment

  Liked: Easy access from metro station. Close to supermarkets. Luggage storage before check-in. Clean. Well-furnished with good appliances.

  Disliked: Very noisy at night if staying in the main bedroom. Second bedroom very small with two bunk beds.

  A wonderful stay in a modern, comfortable and perfectly located apartment

  Liked: We had a great stay! The apartment is modern, clean and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, with a great mattress and pillows. The host was also super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is very convenient, very close to Camp Nou, with metro and bus stations nearby. There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

  When hospitality is not everything

  Liked: Hospitality of the representative of the owner trying to solve any issue and provide additional value, very fast and reliable Wi-Fi, smart TV, electronic manuals to everything accessible through QR codes, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (even with some stock of tea bags and coffee capsules), washing machine with built-in tumble dryer, quite comfortable beds (though rather narrow from the perspective of a resident of CEE), private terrace (only the rooftop duplex appartment), proximity of variety of cafés, restaurants, shops, supermarkets (countless offer within 5 minutes walking distance), pedestrian zone in front of the building with almost no traffic, just one block away from the metro station Collblanc (takes 10 minutes to get to Barcelona center), low city tax (technically, the apartment is not in Barcelona, but in the adjacent city of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat).

  Disliked: Rather noisy neighbourhood late into the night and early in the morning (suppliers delivering goods and some cafeterías opening already at 6 a.m.) exacerbated by insufficiently sealed doors and windows (unfortunately a Spanish standard), draught in the living room from the same reason (thus uncomfortably chilly feeling while watching the TV in the evening eventhough the heating controller displayed more than 23 degrees Celsius), thin walls (again almost the Spanish standard) causing penetration of sounds from the staircase and corridor with the elevator (especially “wonderful” at 3 a.m. when some other guests in the house return from a party and cannot behave), the rooftop apartment adjacing to the public part of the terrace (divided only by some kind of wooden screen providing barely any privacy, especially when the other guests do not respect the house rules with regards to night quiet hours), uncomfortable sofa (only a thin seating cushion on a steel construction hiding additional bed underneath) literaly hurting ones buttocks after a while, ugly peeling black paint on bathroom fixtures (pretty weird given the fact that the apartment is less than 3 years old).

  Liked: The apartment was very beautiful and we had everything that can be imagined needed available. The place was clean and suitable for a good rest after a long day. We were amazed by a presence of washing mashine, dishwasher, coffee machine and even an iron and clothes hanger. A week here was very comfortable and the neighbourhood was beautiful with lots of local restaurants and different kinds of shops nearby. Very good metro connections to the centre. Comunication with the host was very quick and useful. It was also very easy to find and get into.

  Liked: Our stay here was a wonderful surprise from start to finish! ​Communication with the host was friendly and very responsive right from the beginning. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations—it was very clean, incredibly comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a great stay. ​The location is another huge plus, as it’s just a short walk from a metro station, making it super easy to explore the entire city. ​I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona and would definitely stay here again!
