  Charming apartment near the beach

  Liked: Great location close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Charming ambiance and loved the balcony. Rooftop was beautiful and nice to relax on. The host was super, gave us many great tips and hints to help us have an enjoyable stay. Kitchen was very nice to have.

  Disliked: Stairs were a little steep, but this is normal for Europe. There was a sewer odor in the area and LOTS of dog barking and street noise.

  Excellent

  Liked: Great location (ignore the internet, Barceloneta is great). Great balcony and roof terrace. Good tidy, clean apartment exactly as it says on the tin.

  Disliked: Nothing. Bear in mind it’s 90 stairs to the 5th floor so need to be fit though!

  We loved it here and will definitely return in the future!

  Liked: The proximity to the beach. The property had everything you could need for a stay in Barcelona, including a beach umbrella!

  Disliked: The blinds don’t do a great job of blocking out the light so in the morning it was very bright especially if sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.

  Amazing location, great hosts, historic property - positive experience

  Liked: The location is great, next to the beach, plaza, shops, restaurants, etc. Central AC is great. All items (coffee machine, iron, etc) are provided for a comfortable stay.

  Disliked: The property is an old, historic building, therefore, no elevator - prepare to climb stairs. AC above the bed blows into the face.

  loved the location and the neighborhood feel

  Liked: very authentic Barceloneta experience it was an emmersive experience, excellent location allowing you to be in the city and out of it same time

  Disliked: door knob lock is not easy to use it took some learning how to press it correctly additionally the code to enter the inner door never worked first time it had to be repeated for some reason
