  Very enjoyable and ideal for a family (except for bathroom)

  Liked: Location is excellent and apartment was spotless. Good sized bedrooms. Very good welcome pack, bin bags, dishwasher tabs etc. Very accommodating host.

  Disliked: Upstairs bathroom is in dire need of refurbishing. Shower head half blocked causing flooding, toilet not properly secured to floor and sink tap completely loose. Also front master bedroom noisy as on street level.

  Perfect, would come again

  Liked: The rooms were lovely/clean and spacious. 2 bathrooms were very modern and also clean. Living room was very home like, and me and my mates really enjoyed our stay here. Also fantastic value for money!

  We were visiting our daughters who are studying in Madrid and loved visiting many cities and landmarks across Spain

  Liked: The location was fantastic! There was great space, the beds were comfortable and the heat/ac was changeable in each room which was great for us.

  Disliked: We would have like a bit more “lounge” furniture to sit on in the living room.

  Lovely apartment, centraly located and very comfortable

  Liked: Everything in the flat was perfect — very clean and well maintained, except a ffew walls that had some paint peeling of the walls due to damp. The flat is also centrally located, which was a big help. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are all close by, which made our stay even more convenient.

  Disliked: We were asked to pay a €300 deposit on collecting the keys, which they explained would be returned 5 days after the stay. Perhaps I missed this in the terms and conditions, but it was an unexpected payment and the first time I have encountered this — and I travel quite a lot, frequently using Airbnb and Booking.com. Although I was happy to pay it, it felt like quite a large amount to leave for just a 3-day trip.

  Overall we were very pleased with the trip, it was wonderful. Thank you all!

  Liked: Great location, lots of shops and small restaurants, metro nearby and good city parking. Spacious two-level apartment, everything as described.

  Disliked: For such a price, the hosts did not greet the guests with any greeting. There was not even a bottle of water in the refrigerator, and no greeting at all. There were many midges in the kitchen that bit. The deposit of 300 euros was returned for a long time, only after my numerous messages, including to the Booking support service, they returned it to the account. In general, of course, we were pleased with both the apartment and the beautiful city of Barcelona.

  Great and spacious apartment in the heart of Barcelona

  Liked: The location of the property is excellent - close to a metro station and a bus station, also within walking distance to the city centre and nice parks. Also, the streets nearby are walkable and have a lot of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. 3 spacious bedrooms are a great fit even for a large group.

  Disliked: One of the bedroom doors was broken and no way to close it, which can disturb privacy and sleep. No coffee machine. There were very few toiletries. We did need to visit a supermarket and buy stuff to get by - toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and much more.
