  It’s a pleasant stay though the washroom is not in a great condition. The staff Victor is very nice and helpful

  Liked: The location is convenient. The apartment is spacious and quiet and the interior design is contemporary.

  Disliked: The toiletries are very primitive and the washroom is quite old.

  Very pleasant stay

  Liked: The location is great! It is located very close to metro and by the hop on-hop off bus stop. Its spacious and comfortable. We used only the main bedroom.

  Disliked: The doors get unlocked with the phone. Make sure you do not run out of battery as I am not sure how one will get in without the phone, especialy late at night. The sofa needs some cleaning. Some extra salt would have been nice since its a unit with a kitchen. I thought we had the view as advertised but we did not. I asume another unit has that view.

  Comfortable stay in heart of Barcelona

  Liked: The location was fantastic. Close to everything and easily accessible by metro. The apartment was clean and spacious, and perfect for a group of 4

  Nice location, very clean but some little details annoyed me that why I don’t rate a 10

  Liked: Location, cleanliness

  Disliked: The door of the second bathroom couldn’t close, have to put the bin behind the door to have a minimum of privacy. I asked for a cot, and despite the confirmation there wasn’t any cot There was a Nespresso machine, would have been nice to have 2 capsules as a welcome gesture. Wouldn’t cost a lot to the tenant and would make a difference.

  Liked: Location was good. Apartment was clean.

  Disliked: Both the bathroom's door would not close properly because both locks were broken. We reported the issue immediately upon check-in, but the only response we received was that it would be “highlighted to the maintenance team.” Unfortunately, despite staying for three nights, nothing was fixed during our stay. I had also requested a late checkout. On Saturday, I was informed that a payment link would be sent. However, by Monday morning, after following up again, I was told that the link had already been shared — even though the email with the payment link arrived only after that message on Booking.com. Overall, the response time was poor, and instead of taking ownership of the situation, the staff seemed more focused on shifting responsibility rather than resolving the issues.
