Very good
Clean apartment with an amazing location
Liked: We found the apartment very clean and tidy. It was in a very good location, tight next to metro, as well as supermarkets. The apartment was quite spacious and had everything we needed. The host was very attentive, we were welcomed very warmly.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning, but we had fans in every room and that kept us cool. The bathroom was small but we had no problem with it but it won’t be big enough for a tall person.
Great value for money!
Liked: Honestly great value for money. It's nothign extraordinary fancy but it's absolutely decent and very spacious for the price I paid.
Disliked: Maybe some coffee ready for hosts to use but that's a detail.
Excellent city break apartment - Recommended
Liked: Excellent location, with lots af bars, restaurants around and a couple of supermarkets litterally behind the apartment building. The apartment is big and good for 4 people (two big double bedrooms) with a separate kitchinette and a good size living room. Very quite at night despite the bar underneath it, very clean too, with comfortable mattresses and cushions and comes with everything you need for a city break. Tomas, the owner was an amazing host, with good communication and always ready to help. I don't understand other people comments about narrow stairs and small shower, it's an old building, hence an old house and it was renovated the best way possible. If you are unable to do stairs for three floors or heavily overweight this is not the flat for you. We had an mazing stay and warmly reccommend the apartment. Thank you Tomas
Disliked: Nothing. My only suggestion would be to give the guests possibility to cover the narrow window on top of the door windown in the master bedroom to blind out the morning light.
Liked: The metro was just outside the apartment which helped us get around the city easily, and there were multiple restaurants and supermarkets close by. It was very clean and appreciated having a washer. The owner Tomas was wonderful and carried our luggage upstairs for us, which was exceptional and not expected what so ever. He was easy to get in contact with upon arriving.
Disliked: The shower stall was very small and the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator. The stairs to the third floor were very narrow.
Excellent - Lovely weekend
Liked: Tomas the owner was extremely helpful, easy to contact and always happy to accommodate our wishes. The area is perfect for exploring Barcelona with the underground outside the building. Lovely restaurants and cafe's local.
Liked: Host was very friendly and accommodating. Apartment was spacious, clean and in a quiet area at night. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Very good value for money and would definitely stay here again when in Barcelona.
