  Liked: Excellent location, very clean and comfortable apartment with great facilities. Alfredo was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place!

  Nice location, poor staff

  Liked: Location - very good for accessing the Metro system.

  Disliked: Staff - very poor, uninterested, no resolution of issues raised, missing furniture, stains on settee, no cups etc etc. small issues to many but no solution.

  it was basic accomodation and overall a good base - I wouldnt stay here for more than 7 days

  Liked: the location was ideal, the daily cleaning was excellent breakfast was good (extra cost)

  Disliked: the sofa beds were in need of replacement as they were falling apart, kitchen equipment was very poor - also no kettle to boil water, no oven, windows did not shut properly.

  Liked: Location & terrace with view.

  Disliked: Barcelona is expensive. We stayed in the “Deluxe Private Apartment” and hoestly, I don’t understand what justifies calling it deluxe. It felt like minimum effort, with zero love or attention to detail, and the apartment itself was rather dilapidated and dirty. The only things that save it are the location and the terrace with its view. Otherwise, save yourself the disappointment and stay at a proper hotel.
