Guest reviews
Very good
Disappointing
Liked: Location
Disliked: Paid to book in early and then had to listen to drilling in the above unit. The staff should have known that and allocate a room where the early check-in could be taken advantage of. After a long flight one needs some rest and that wasn’t possible in that room. It seemed more of a financial interest than a customer comfort.
Liked: Comfortable room and walkable to many sites. Easy access to cruise port. Staff was incredibly friendly
Great venue not great location
Liked: The area was questionable. Not great. Partner was assaulted during attempted mugging.
Disliked: Location
Liked: Staff were lovely. Very clean. Rooms small but spotless, comfortable beds and pillows. Extra toiletries. Good walk in shower
Liked: Everything was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Liked: Everything - from communication, staff, food, styling, welcome, and the room. A special mention of Carla the restaurant waitress who worked alone but was very busy yet cheerful and provided superb service.
Disliked: The room was a bit cramped but as we were there ionly 16hours, that was fine.
