Fabulous
Wonderful
Liked: Staff, location
Disliked: No complaint
Cosy and well situated hotel with lovely staff
Liked: Lovely friendly and helpful staff who were always available if needed. Comfortable lounge area where you can sit at the window and watch the world go by in the beautiful gothic quarter of the city. The hotel was in a great location and I would definitely stay there again if returning to Barcelona.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Room was clean, great bed. Location very central.
Disliked: Some street noise late at night.
Liked: Hotel is in a fantastic location, lovely staff and the hotel is a good standard.
Disliked: I was in a room that’s window was facing in towards the corridor/courtyard which meant lack of natural light and privacy. It didn’t bother me too much but I can imagine others wouldn’t like this.
Liked: Location was great of course. Everyone working there was friendly and professional. The bed and pillows were comfy. They cleaned well the room each day.
Disliked: Overall cleanliness was not great, particularly in the shower cabin, i think its mostly because the property is old. The rooms may need a refresh, as they were quite used up.
Overall - were are okay
Liked: Breakfast is pricey
Disliked: One of our tour driver said he’s not allowed to drive through the streets, do we have to walk to a parking structure. He also drop us off miles away from the hotel and it was raining.
