Very good
worst place I visited
Disliked: the worst place i have visited in Barcelona. Do not visit. The rooms are cells. We even paid for room with terrace. The door of the terrace could not open, because of the bed.
Smell of animal urine
Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Room smelt of animal urine. We believe it to be one of the chairs. Manager refused to help and support with cleaning it up and told us no animals were at the property- not the case. Shame as with better customer service this could have been resolved.
Liked: Good location, very close to the metro station; nice and helpful staff; great breakfast.
Don’t book it!
Disliked: Rude and moody reception staff. Judgy cleaning staff. Weird rules about “cleaning times”; even though the cleaning staff is right there but refuses to clean and just walks around the corridor like a haunting ghost! Was greeted by a moody receptionist no smile, no customer service skills it was like talking to a bot. Unbelievable for the price I paid. The bathroom was so outdated and bathtub old - I couldn’t bring myself to take a bath in it. Uncomfortable bed. The mattress was so stiff. I didn’t sleep a blink in 2 nights. And sadly I’m not exaggerating. Could hear neighbours through the walls. The hotel is situated on a hill. Good luck walking up and down and back up every day! The hotel doesn’t offer parking or short term parking. The list goes on and on. I would recommend NOT to come here.
Liked: Good location, clean hotel!
Disliked: Breakfast may be include the price
