Fabulous
Disliked: Was a little loud at night. Doors could use some soundproofing. The window opens onto the street & has a double soundproof new window on top of the old one. Keeps normal street noise out from the very busy promenade. Last night there was construction going on until very late that you could hear and feel.

Liked: Location and the breakfast
Disliked: I was not informed that the building attached to the hotel is undergoing renovation. Every day starting 7:00 AM was an inferno, the construction workers were breaking the walls with a jackhammer and out on the street, the cranes and the workers were making an infernal noise.
Perfect location secure safe area
Liked: Excellent location to the gothic quarter, secure safe and superb hotel.
Disliked: No issues at all, I wouldn’t include breakfast because you’ll find more adequate places to eat that are far more reasonably priced.
Great last minute booking
Liked: Helpful staff for a last minute booking after my flight was cancelled. Luggage storage available and put in room when it became available. Phone call from reception when room was available

Liked: Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. Good breakfast options. Convenient location to shops and eateries. Short walk to Gothic Quarter area. Huge shopping mall, 5 minute walk. Would stay again!
Disliked: The hotel next door is under major renovation. Construction noise during the day. Pretty quite at night.

Liked: breakfast is ok
Disliked: our room was facing a wall in the back of the hotel - it was very anxiety enticing. It was the room we had booked but it was not mentioned anywhere when we booked. we asked to change room, nothing available. It was definitely not a relaxing place after a full day of visit
