Liked: Great service! Clean and great breakfast
Liked: Buffet breakfast was very good. Well prepared. However, for clients staying for more than 3 days it becomes redundant. It is the same food everyday

Liked: The room itself was very modern, with twin beds, tea-making facilities, and a clever Bluetooth system that played music from speakers in both the room and bathroom — a great touch. The only downside was the sliding bathroom door, which was quite stiff and difficult to use

Liked: Room and bathroom were clean, and the small refrigerator in the room was very convenient. No iron or ironing board in the room, though; had to sign those out from the front desk. Staff was the usual mix: some very helpful, a few dismissive / a step above impolite.
Liked: There were too many people at reception. The other staff were distracting the check in people because I think they were being trained? I don’t know but it took forever to check in and it was annoying! Their English was ok but too many people standing around doing nothing!
