Very good
Disliked: Had a problem and had tp push the staff to give basic financial safety informaton. The hotem was no accomdating to any of my requests.

Liked: Location. It is very close to everything and easy to get to hotel.

Great location but very noisy
Liked: The property is very close to Plaza de Catalunya, where the airport buses terminate. It is on a laneways off Las Ramblas. It is closes to several metro stations. There are a myriad of restaurants nearby. The location was amazing. The room was a single room with a comfortable bed and pillow. It was clean.
Disliked: The room was very noisy at night. You could hear toilets flushing and running water, often. The soundproofing between rooms was almost non existent. On one side there was a woman who had her phone on speaker, for over an hour, to way past 11pm. On the other side was a man with a terrible cough. The door could not be closed quietly so there were doors banging into the early hours. There was hardly any natural light as the room looked out onto a brick wall. The room was dark all the time.
