Guest reviews
Very good
It is a great location and spacious apartment perfect for 4
Liked: Location is great, size is comfy!
Disliked: There was a scent when we arrived we all didnt like (too much washing powder we guessed for laundry).
Liked: easy to get to apartment from the airport, good metro access 10 min walk, apartment host very helpful
Very enjoyable
Liked: Good location
Disliked: Apartment needs some repairs. Water damage in some rooms.
Lovely Barcelona, again
Liked: Location is great, I would stay in the same area again. Barcelona is generally a busy city, finding something centrally located at a good rate is not easy. There are many attraction points in the areas, found some great restaurants. Placa Catalunya is aprox. 20 minutes by foot. The host was very kind and accomodating.
Disliked: Maybe we were just not lucky, but there was a constant noise throughout our stay, like someone is doing construction works at one of the adjacent floors. Combine that with the old windows that don't close well. Second night I went to the local pharmacy and bought some year plugs, and I remembered a previous traveller mentioned the same in one of the previous reviews. If it was my apartment, I'd give it some refurbishment.
Okay if you’re a group of people staying for 1 night
Liked: It was easy to check in and check out. There was an aircon in every room. The location was good to explore Gràcia. Can walk to main tourist spots in 30-40 min. Shower gel, shampoo and soap were provided.
Disliked: You will not get the flat from the photos. It will be a different one. The flat itself looks like it can do with quite a bit of TLC. Bedrooms were okay except for the fact that the mattress has springs digging into my back, but the living room was really run down. Stains on the curtains, floor boards coming off. Stains on the ceiling. Tears on the curtains. And it was only 2 of us, so it was insanely expensive for what we got.
Liked: Great location, lovely little plaza with shops right in the corner. 10 mins walk from metro station.
