Good
Liked: The only good thing was the great location. Everything else was negative, especially the extremely bad isolation... Really expensive for what is offered, not even a hand soap which would cost them 1€ probably
Liked: Excellent location, spacier than it looks and very well equipped.
Disliked: The sleeping pillows were a bit hollow but they have plenty so you can stack up!
Liked: The layout, the cleanliness, the comfortable beds and the lovely bathroom. Kitchen week laid out and easy to clean. Location, perfect.
Disliked: Across the road at the Apolo can be loud some nights.

Liked: Spacious.. what we needed for the couple day stay
Disliked: Not very well maintained.. mould on the wall and just random splashes of stuff on the walls.. rusting on bath.. uncomfortable mattresses.. stunk of smoke.. and cannabis.. travelling with 3 kids one being a baby it isn’t ideal.. no cot provided for baby.. horrible smell in the kitchen.. no working lift.. had to carry our 7 month old in pram several times a day and luggage also.. not worth what we paid

Liked: Complete Nightmare – Inaccurate Listing, Health Hazards, and Terrible Management The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Beyond that, our stay was a total disaster. • Deceptive Listing & Layout: The photos on the listing looked nothing like the actual apartment. It is a split-level layout with the only bathroom on the second floor, accessible only by dangerous, steep metal stairs. For three people—especially during the night—this was highly inconvenient and unsafe. • Major Accessibility Failure: The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and the elevator was broken during our entire stay. My 65+ year old mother, who is recovering from knee surgery and has severe mobility issues, suffered every single day. When we complained on the first night, the property manager lied and claimed it would be fixed the next day. It never was. Other residents in the building confirmed the elevator had been broken for a very long time. • Poor Conditions & Hygiene: The living room wall had visible black mold, creating a health hazard. Basic amenities were missing—there were only 2 chairs for 3 guests, not enough pillows, and absolutely zero soap or shampoo provided. Yet, they placed a list inside threatening a €50 penalty if you didn't wash your dishes. • Chaotic Check-In: Despite providing our ETA well in advance, we were sent to a completely different address down the street to collect the keys. No one was there. When I called the manager at 5:00 PM, he sounded like he had just woken up and lazily told us he would "come down now." Avoid this place at all costs. It is unsafe, misrepresented, and managed by people who completely lack empathy and professionalism.
