Good
Liked: apprtemenThe apartment is spacious and can actually be for 4 people (2 people in the room and 2 people in the sofa bed in the middle room). The location is not close to the city center but has a subway station very close to the apartment. So you want to go to tourist sites such as La Rambla, Sagrada Familia, Barcelona cathedral, Park Guel, Stadiun Camp Nou and others can be accessed by subway train. And for supermarkets, breakfast, lunch and dinner places are also very easy to reach because they are just next to everything.
Disliked: Lack of apartment facilities just like lack of kitchen tools. Have a washing machine but do not provide some detergent so that it makes it easier for those who stay there
Well located with friendly staff
Liked: Although quite shabby in places, it was generally clean and comfortable. It's a good option for anyone wanting a decent sized apartment on a tight budget. I was surprised by how spacious the apartment was and it was perfectly located just one minute's walk from the Metro. The man on the main desk was always polite and friendly, making us feel welcome.
Disliked: I wasn't sure what to expect with this property as there were very mixed reviews. Once I'd booked it, I immediately regretted it as I hadn't seen the small print about having to pay an additional fee for late check in. Our flight didn't arrive until after 9pm, which, after we had finally made it to the apartment, meant that we had to pay an additional 40 Euros. This seemed unfair although I do understand that the receptionist was having to stay beyond his working hours. Maybe use of a secure key box could be a way around this to avoid penalising people based on when their flights arrive? Also, two very small niggles, but there were only three bowls in the kitchen so one of us out of the four had to eat breakfast in a separate shift so we could wash it in between. The second niggle was that there absolutely needs to be at least one more bin in the apartment. Having to walk with bathroom waste e.g. makeup wipes etc to the other end of the apartment to put them in the bin was a little tedious. However, as mentioned in my "like" section, there were lots of aspects to like about this apartment, so I haven't actually regretted staying here at all.
To sum up Great location, good value for money and excellent staff!
Liked: The location was excellent we booked this apartment to stay before and after our cruise. easy access to the cruise bus basically end of the road 10 minute walk. Also fairly Close if wanting to walk to cruise port so worked really well for us! We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment my daughter, husband and 2 children stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. both apartments were very large. Location is close to all the popular tourist attractions In Barcelona also the apartment we had had a large balcony, lovely to sit out in sunny weather. Eric at reception who is there most of the time was very helpful. Speaking good English, he Let us leave cases for late Airport departure also getting us some good prices on taxes so thank yo to him.
Disliked: The property is a little tired and basic, don’t expect too much in the way of luxury! But saying that I don’t think you’d get better value for money in the way of location and size. Being a little fussy but we were still very happy. And definitely will book again for the Money.

Liked: Good location close to the centre big house not noisy even in a crowded street they kept our luggage and were very polite two bathrooms made our stay very comfortable
Disliked: Not good WiFi connection not enough soap and body shower

Liked: The location was perfect, 10/10! Everything is within walking distance. Montjuïc, La Rambla and the Christopher Columbus Monument by the sea are all about 1 km away. For other sights, the metro station is right below the apartment, which makes getting around the city super easy.
Disliked: The apartment was not as good as we expected. It is on a main street, and the walls are very thin, so you can hear almost everything from outside. It felt like sleeping on the street, and I hardly slept during our four nights there. The apartment also looks older and damage than in the photos. The apartment door was damaged and looked like it had been wet from water, even though we were on the third floor. The TV was very basic, with only a few local channels and a room antenna. For €200 per night, I expected much more. The location was great, but the apartment itself was disappointing.
