Good
Small apartment near the Fira Barcelona
Liked: It was close to our event, easy check in and check out. The furniture was comfortable. The staff was really nice. The apartment had an AC that was okay, we just didn't discover it until the last night.
Disliked: The Bathroom had a bit of mold in the corners.
Liked: Good location access to everything
Disliked: There is a hefty late checkin fee after 5pm and it goes up till whooping 75Euros This is something is not mentioned on booking.com while booking the stay. You only get to know in few days from host once the reservation is done
Comfy, clean, great location, met expectations but strong smell of sewage in bathroom
Liked: Great location, close to city centre and other points of interest. Comfy and clean. Friendly, helpful host.
Disliked: Paying 25 euros to collect the keys 90mins early. Strong smell of sewage in bathroom. Seemed to be coming up through drain in shower as this was the only room that smelt bad so just left the bathroom window open and shut the door to the bathroom at all times. Didn't bother to contact the host as we were only staying for a couple of days and didn't want the hassle. Based on the rest of our stay I am sure they would have been happy to help out had we contacted then. Didn't ruin a otherwise excellent stay.
Better communication and service required
Liked: Location
Disliked: Poor communication
Pleasant
Exceptional
Liked: Pretty balcony with views of MNAC and surrounding area. Easily located and about 5 minutes from Espanya station and 10 minutes from Barcelona-Sants. There's also an Aldi within walking distance for food. Clean, quiet, and convenient. Washing up liquid etc. provided so clearly the hosts are listening to feedback.
