Fabulous
Liked: Close to beach. Apartment was clean. Easy and helpful check in. Nice local restaurants.
Disliked: We were on the 5th floor. Stairway was very narrow and steep. Not the greatest area. Street view should be provided.
Liked: The Apartment was nice and clean for what it is.
Disliked: The area is very ran down, there were multiple homeless on the streets, one night we literally had to step over a homeless person sleeping on the doorway. I was there with a friend for a football match (two men) and at times didn't feel safe in the area. I definitely wouldn't want to take my wife or children. There was also an additional fee for the host as our flights didn't arrive until 22:30, a key safe would have been suffice. There are a lot of stray dogs roaming about, meaning there is excrement all over the streets... Having said that, a 5 minute walk and you are in a far nicer area.
As a solo traveler it meets all my needs
Liked: Location is excellent, near the beach 3 minutes if you love to exercise the beach has nice place for exercise see the attached photo, clean, full kitchen, the apartment can accommodate a family of 4, supermarkets are very close, Joan the check-in person was very helpful NOTE: the Sala is small if you are more than two travelers, the apartment in the fourth floor, but the stairs are very short 13 steps for each floor if you are fit the stairs are not a big deal, there was some construction work but it was during the day time
Disliked: I couldn't sleep in the big room during the day time since the curtain couldn't be pull down to block the sun light the kitchen is missing the cutting board if you are planning to cook ask the host or bring yours

Disliked: It was smaller than expected Hard to get up the stairs for older people
Fabulous beach location in Barceloneta
Liked: Proximity to the beach, local market and gorgeous restaurants.
Disliked: The duvets had no covers on them and were a little stained... not a huge deal.as they smelt fresh. Also, given it's marketed as a beach apartment, it's a shame no beach towels are provided. They're only €10 in the souvenir shops, but no space in 10kg luggage to take home so not very environmentally friendly.
Wonderful apartment, wonderful city, wonderful break - Gracias Barcelona
Liked: The host was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed. This is perfectly located as it is on a quiet residential street but in easy reach of some amazing little restaurants and bars and also a couple of minutes from the beach. Loved the apartment as it had everything we needed and more.
Disliked: My friend would have liked a lift but climbing the stairs did us good so not a negative at all:-)
