Liked: Good location and good beds

Liked: Great location, wonderful, friendly bar/restaurants just downstairs (Pisamoreno & La Isla), the staff was so helpful! Thank you!
Disliked: Many locations with a kitchen offer basic coffee, sweetener, and powdered creamer. That would be much appreciated!:-). As would shampoo & cream rinse.
Liked: Great location. The apartment had everything i needed.
Disliked: The internet stopped working but this was quickly fixed.
Not a nice place or area to stay
Liked: The instructions for accessing the apartment are very clear. The apartment was clean.
Disliked: The pictures are very deceptive. It is described as light and airy, but I couldnt see to find the light switch and the bedroom is cramped. The lift is very archaic. The apartment smelt of dustbins. It is described as in a lively area but this means tattoo parlours, sex shops and unclean streets. I felt very unsafe and the smell was off putting, so I moved out.
Convenient if travelling thru Atocha Station. Place is near supermercado. We slept well here
Liked: Easy to find, spacious, clean and the owner was easy to communicate with and very pleasant.
Disliked: All was good.
We loved the location and the property had everything we needed

Disliked: The air conditioning did not work so we had to open the windows at night, but then had to deal with being bitten by mosquitoes all night.

Online Check-in:
• As required by Barcelona law, all occupants’ data must be registered. You will receive an email to provide these details online.
• A damage deposit of €200 is required, payable by card before your arrival. This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
• Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit.
Upon Arrival:
• There will be no personal welcome at the apartment.
You access the building with a code and get the keys from a safe bok.
• Access instructions for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed.
Additional Rules:
• Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed.
• Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked.
• Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents.
• Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure.
• Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys.
• Lockout Fee: €40 if you forget the key inside the apartment outside office hours (10 AM - 8 PM).Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
