Very good
Disliked: There were no mirrors in the bedrooms, made it difficult for 3 women to share the one mirror in the bathroom.
Liked: The apartment was excellent, very spacious, were cozy and homely, we loved the place. The location is great and we had a great night's sleep as the beds are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Some of the appliances were a bit dated and in need of replacing, but they all worked fine, so this did not interfere with our stay.

Liked: Overall, we had a very good experience. The location is absolutely 10/10 — extremely convenient, especially for Sants station. Once we were moved to the loft shown in the Booking.com photos, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: At check-in, we were initially given a loft that did not match the one shown in the Booking.com photos. When we asked to change, we were first told that both units were the same size. After some discussion, our request was accepted and we were moved to the loft shown in the photos, which was clearly larger. The dishwasher plate rack was also quite rusty, which did not feel hygienic. There was a toaster in the kitchen, but no convenient socket nearby, and the cable was too short to reach the socket above the microwave. Families with children should also be aware that there is no washing machine inside the apartment. This is clearly stated on Booking.com, so it was not unexpected, but it is still worth highlighting because a washing machine is often available in apartment-style accommodation.
