  Liked: The location, facilities in the apartment, cleaning, the help from the manager of the flat.

  Disliked: There is an additional 300 euro deposit you need to pay at check in. The apartment is next to a square on which there was a small amusement park.with roller coasters and similar. They were making noise every night until 22:00 and on the weekend until 02:00. Unfortunately you can hear the noise in the apartment.

  Liked: Exactly what it says - a cozy little apartment in a great location and Eric the host was excellent

  Liked: The owner is very warm and friendly, and the property is in a perfect neighborhood. The house has a very good air conditioning system, high-speed internet, smart TV, all kitchen equipment, two bathrooms, washing machine and dishwasher. Transportation to tourist centers is very easy; the bus and metro are a three-minute walk away. Get a T-Casual card, 10 rides for 13 Euros. There is a great bakery below the house, an Italian restaurant opposite, many cafes in the area, and a very classy shopping mall.

  Perfect Little Nest

  Liked: Everything was wonderful. Eric, our Host could not have been more helpful or pleasant to deal with.

  Disliked: It was a little pricey but that was because the Barcelona Tennis Tournament was on, which was why we were there, and we knew it woukd be the same for every other rental.property that week, so we were ok with that. Eric even allowed is download the Tennis TV App on to his TV, so we could catch up on what we missed during the day.

  Liked: Eric, the property management goes the extra mile to accomodate your requests, and we knows greatly the area so he will share with the hosts all the useful information. The neighbourhood is residential, still very central and with plenty of shops and restaurants around and within walking distance from Barcelona Sants train station
