  It was okay overall but I probably would have booked somewhere else for the price

  Liked: Good communication with the staff about getting into the property/ high chair / crib. Good size space. Good kitchen facilities and Netflix

  Disliked: It was abit like instagram vs. Reality. The outside balcony for example looked much worse than the photos shown. We didn’t use it as there was some rather dirty looking pipe sticking out the wall and pigeon feathers all over the floor, it just looked abit dirty. Also the laminate flooring inside the property was abit all over the place, and you can hear everything from the neighbours, even music at 7am.

  Disappointed by the additional charge

  Disliked: Not business traveler friendly. Be careful: if you need an invoice, they charge an additional 21%. There is no warning about this extra fee before booking—the information is only provided after the reservation is completed. This is not transparent and feels like an unfair business practice. Customers should be informed about all mandatory charges before making a booking.

  Chill 5 nights

  Liked: It was a nice location, there is small park nearby and supermarkets are near too. All kitchen utensils, 2 private rooms, terrace. There was a washing machine and one capsule was left so we were able to wash some clothes. Nice cosmetics in the bathroom. There was a dishwasher too but we did not use it. Nespesso machine is available and capsules are left for you to use. The bed was comfortable and spacious for two.

  Disliked: We could hear our neighbors in the corridor. Each time you need to go to the website to unlock the first door and door to your apartment. There was a problem with a laminate in a bigger room.

  Last minute booking with family

  Liked: Good location had everything you should need

  Disliked: No keys had to use a WhatsApp link for entry. Would not login one evening to open building door which didn’t have code luckily other guests was entering and let us in and the apartment door had a code. So much could fail with this system.

  Good location, nice apartment but clogged shower & kitchen

  Liked: It was nice & comfortable but the shower & kitchen were clogged & flooded the living room.

  Liked: The apartment was simply perfect..

  Disliked: Despite the great apartment, 200 euro for a late check-in it's too expensive. Especially considering that I booked an apartment for 2 nights but the application for the check-in didn't work so I couldn't pay for the early check-in.
