Exceptional
Excellent place for families
Liked: Despite the central location we felt safe, very good amenities, the apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were super helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: The apartment did not have a Smart TV, however, this didn't matter too much because we were able to borrow a fire stick from the reception.
Amazing - must stay
Liked: Modern clean sophisticated look, easy access, easy to find, love the whole booking
Disliked: Supply more towels, TV was old and you couldn’t connect your devices to it, the remote had Netflix button but no Netflix and the supply of toilet paper could be increased. I wouldn’t let these slight improvement affect the perfect score I have because it was a really good boutique apartment complex

Liked: The location; the helpful staff; spacious 2-bedroom suite; well equipped kitchen
Disliked: The washer-dryer in the suite was not working. It took forever to wash and dry even after they replaced it.
Would love to stay longer or come back in the future
Liked: Very clean & open concept with the bedrooms on opposite ends & living room & kitchen in the middle with a sofa bed
Disliked: The elevator is not level with the room you have to maneuver the stairs & with heavy luggage not so friendly for seniors

Liked: Loved that it had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen
Disliked: The location was a little too far from the main area we wanted to be in Barcelona but buses and trains are close by
