  Liked: Lovely rooms

Disliked: We don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to mention this for anyone considering booking, particularly couples. We paid £300 for two nights expecting a hotel-style stay, but the property is actually a hostel with dorm rooms next to the private rooms. Unfortunately, the noise was quite noticeable, with doors opening and closing and guests in the dorm next door being loud. At around 3am, someone buzzed the front door, which woke us up, followed by some banging on the front door. As our room is close to the entrance, this was quite disruptive. If we had paid hostel prices, I wouldn’t be as disappointed. However, at £300 for two nights, I don’t feel the price reflects the experience. I think the owner should take the noise levels and layout into consideration when setting the price, as charging hotel prices doesn’t feel fair. We’re leaving feeling quite tired and just wanted to make others aware before booking.

Liked: Great staff, very friendly, great location, responsive and everything that's good, 10/10 would come again

Disliked: One small thing, the shower doors are a bit tight, so if you're a slightly bigger individual you may have issues, besides that, nothing
