Fabulous
Sufficient for two nights
Liked: Property was easy to get to. Aminities were sufficient enough for the stay we had. Was not noisy considering there were bars not far from the apartment.
Disliked: No body wash available, window broken in bedroom door.
Liked: Nice bright apartment in the old part of Barcelona. Metro station and a lot of shops are in the area. It was clean and had everything needed. Cozy beds and clean white linens. Windows face the courtyard so it was quite at night.
Disliked: Lack of sockets in the bedroom, broken lock at the bathroom, mold on the wall in the other room
Liked: The apartment was clean and warm, and quiet at night. We made breakfast there and felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s close to the L3 rail station, with many restaurants, bars, and small supermarkets nearby. We’ll definitely stay again next year.
Disliked: This accommodation contains photos that are quite outdated, showing at least 10 years of wear and tear. The most disturbing issue was that the walls are literally covered in mold. The smell is horrible—I had to keep the window open constantly. I find it unbelievable that someone has the nerve to rent out something like this in 2026. For my stay period, I couldn’t find anything under €300 per night, which made it very difficult to decide whether to stay or look for an alternative. The place is sparsely furnished; even the IKEA wardrobes have no doors, just the frame. The mattresses are the cheapest possible—I couldn’t fall asleep at all. The water pressure in the shower and sink is very low—if someone flushes the toilet while you’re in the shower, the water stops completely. The area itself is part of the old town, but it has completely changed from how I remember it 15 years ago. The neighborhood is now almost entirely populated by immigrants, with a lot of dirt and noise—definitely to be avoided.
Liked: The host is very kind and welcoming, the communication ran smoothly. The accommodation itself was great, the apartment is in great condition. Location is also very good, we mostly walked everywhere.
Comfortable and tidy apartment
Liked: The apartment is comfortable and is good value for money. There are some good restaurants in the area. Paula was very good to deal with.
Disliked: This area seems a bit rough, and there was a lot of litter and people not picking up after their dogs.
