Guest reviews
Very good
We really enjoyed our stay & recommend the apartment
Liked: Very comfortable & well equipped in great location near P. Espana
Location was very misleading, and it ended up in someone getting robbed in broad daylight
Liked: The room and accomodation were good. Online room key was convenient. Some nice spots to eat around
Disliked: Be VERY CAREFUL with the room you select. The location of the listing on the main page on Booking.com is listed close to the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, near the Arc de Triomf. THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR ALL ROOMS/APARTMENTS. We booked this listing because we believed the value for the location was great, only to be greeted upon a completely different location in northern El Poble-Sec. This made a lot of unnecessary expenses happen for travel, as it is much further from every single major tourist attraction compared to the location on the listing's page. The only way to find the actual location of your room is to go into the page where you select the type of room you want (the locations are in the titles). Having separate apartment locations is a violation of Booking.com's property registration guidelines. If you decide to book a room with these people, be EXTREMELY CAREFUL if you decide to go to the room located at Poeta Cabanyes. On the last day of our trip, one of our trip members was ROBBED of their chain in broad daylight only a minute after we left our apartment with our luggage, on the exact same street as the apartment. This location is a PERSONAL SAFETY HAZARD, as it is known to be a dangerous location.
Liked: The location was great. It was clean, comfortable and spacious
Disliked: It needed more bench space in the bathroom, so our toiletries didn't need to sit in the floor and some towel hooks on the wall.
Decent stay in Barcelona
Liked: Enough space for what we needed, kitchen well stocked
Disliked: Air con in lounge area did not seem very cool. Tried various settings. Bathroom very tired. Bath chipped and brown stains.
Liked: Really nice Large Clean Apartment. Staff really easy to deal with through WhatsApp. Very comfortable.
Great for young people to move around
Liked: Location
Disliked: No elevator
