  The day was excellent. Location is great. We loved it. We felt at home

  Liked: Good location and many restaurants and shops nearby. Metro station reached by 10min walking

  Disliked: Having to pay through an external website. Easy to get scammed that way since so many booking.com listings have been scamming through WhatsApp latety

  quality/price cannot be defended

  Liked: I'll start with the positives: good contact with the staff, good location, comfortable bed in the bedroom, clean towels, and a kitchen with coffee and tea supplies.

  Disliked: However, this apartment doesn't live up to the price/quality ratio. The sofa, long past its prime, is dirty and very uncomfortable to sleep in. There's no air conditioning in the bedroom and it's very hot. The rusty bathtub doesn't encourage bathing. The bathtub doesn't have a stopper, so you can only shower. It's probably a matter of saving money;-) The lock on the "terrace" is broken, and besides, this space doesn't encourage relaxation there. I find the idea of ​​not sharing the door code or key, but only the app to open the door, bizarre. You have to keep your phone charged all day to get into the apartament. It's neither sensible nor safe. The area around the apartment is extremely unpleasant, ugly and dirty. In short, for this price, we would have had a hotel room, which would have been a much more sensible option. If I were here alone with my daughter, I'd be afraid to sleep here.

  Liked: We had a very nice time in Barcelona.The place was very clean and has everything you need for a long stay.There are a lot of shops and Supermarkets around.Close to Diagonal Metro Station L3.Very helpfull landlord.We will come back:-)

  It’s a super location for us to see around, but the apt itself is not quite meeting my expectations

  Liked: The location is really unbeatable. The rooftop platform is spacious and gives us a lot of activity space. We could save the bags at another location while going on a tour.

  Disliked: There’s a strong smell from the drain which is not very pleasant. The elevator is really small that barely fit in the three of us. My 9 year old son is a bit scared of the elevator. It’s really a challenge to drag our bags to another location to temporarily save them on the check out day. We had to walk half a mile with the suit cases before we could get a cab on Sunday. Would be nice if we could save the bags at the same location.
