Very good
Disliked: Check in was to late
Liked: A very pleasant, clean apartment in an excellent location, just a 4-minute walk from Espanya metro station. We stayed on the 5th floor, on the inner side of the building, with a view of Montjuïc Castle. Excellent accommodation, with a reception, an electronic key and friendly staff. If you are aware of the few shortcomings described below, this accommodation is a 10/10!
Disliked: All the comments are true: the walls are thin, the window still hasn’t been cleaned properly:), and the kitchen doesn’t have even the basic essentials like oil, vinegar or salt. We bought these things ourselves and left them there, so hopefully they’ll be useful to future guests. There are also some extra costs: a €44 cleaning fee, a tourist tax of €4 per person per day, and a €150 deposit, which you get back. If you know all this in advance and are happy with it, the accommodation is excellent!
Nitrous oxide is not a laughing matter
Liked: Apartment was actually OK… if it hadn’t been used as a nitrous oxide stash (found under the kitchen cupboards after a maintenance issue)
Disliked: Finding 13 full canisters of nitrous oxide

Disliked: The room was not ready when we arrived (after check-in time) they gave us a new room instead. The condition of the appartment was really not nice, very much used and need refurbisment for this price as well as the cleanliness is something to be improved!
Good
Liked: Location is excellent,close to Place de Espanye metro station and within walking distance of bus stops and nice cafes.
Disliked: The property looked bigger in pictures however our 3 bed room flat was small and the facilities were basic. The shower enclosure was small resulting in water dripping on floor. Overall the facilities were okay but due to location it compensated well.
Very good location and simple to come in
Liked: The location was great, very good from AirPort and metro, buses.
Disliked: The property was dark, living room and kitchen was without window, one bedroom was with balcony, but neighbours was very loud so the feeling was like we have party at the night and then in the evening. Other bedroom with single beds was good, there was window. The neighbours were very loud at the night ok the weekend, so children couldn’t sleep, because feeling is very close noise.
