  Very dissapointing

  Liked: Location was great. It was more or less clean (minus the mold in the bathroom and some esthetic issues in the bathroom - can't find the emoji for this)

  Disliked: I paid a considerable amount for this apartment, specifically for its location and access to a washing machine. I also made it clear before booking that I am highly sensitive to noise and that a quiet space was extremely important to me. Unfortunately, this was by far the noisiest accommodation I have ever stayed in, despite travelling frequently. Between the upstairs neighbour dragging chairs across the floor until 1 a.m., noise in the hallway, and constant motorcycles, sirens, and people outside the window, getting a good night's sleep was nearly impossible. Even silicone earplugs combined with noise-cancelling headphones couldn't block out the noise. If you value peace and quiet, I would strongly advise against staying here. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after management refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience, I feel it's important to share my experience to help future guests make an informed decision. P.S. The instructions for the washing machine are not in english and the management's response to me was to read the manual to learn how to use it because they have 70 properties and can't know how each machine works.... needless to say, I guessed and was only able to wash and never dry my clothes.

  Great stay in the central Barcelona

  Liked: Amazing location, apartments quite fresh and well maintained.

  Disliked: Bed arrangements were not done as promised. Cleaning staff was ringing the door 3 minutes already before checkout (they just walk around and ring all doors who needs to move out). One room had no windows and that was not mentioned in the description - not acceptable for us.

  Disliked: It was difficult to identify both the building and the apartment. There is no signage whatsoever helping the guest to easily find the location. The room was very noisy, especially in the areas facing the main street as the quality of the windows is poor, it felt like having them opened while in fact being closed. It is difficult to rest while hearing the noise of the car and pedestrian traffic. The hot water is provided with the help of some boilers, thus limited to very short showers in order to make sure that everybody gets a chance to have one without waiting for 1.5 hours. When travelling with a large family this is complicated. Another odd house rule is that you need to take out the garbage before checking out while not having any indications regarding the proper location for that. Not that nice running the streets with the garbage bags trying to find out the right place to do that.

  Disliked: All was great, no issues at all. If any concerns maybe a little noise from the street but nothing major.

  Poor staff but good location for metro if you don’t mind the street noise

  Liked: The location was good for riding metro but it was noisy with the Main Street traffic.

  Disliked: The washer destroyed our clothing. The latch malfunctioned and our clothing got stuck and ripped. And the staff only offered laundry on another location. They never returned messages regarding a refund for the damaged clothing.
